Mr. Intrecciato's Wallets #2: Bottega Veneta Ebano Intrecciato 8CC Wallet

As emphasized many times, I believe that Bottega Veneta has one of the smoothest leather when compared to the other designer luxury labels. Couple that with the most skillful pair of hands, and you have got yourself a gift from heaven. Only the most experienced can skillfully craft the Intrecciato pieces without any problems. As I continue to hope to be able to own a Intrecciato bag or briefcase in the future, I shall make do with the basic wallet for now, which retailed at SGD$600 when I bought it.

It has 8 credit card slots, which I do not use all of them, as I am afraid of spoiling the shape of the wallet. It is basically a simple wallet that has the Bottega Veneta logo embossed on the inner left side of the wallet.

Ultimately, it is a simple, subtle, yet sophisticated wallet. The attractive part of the wallet is the way the individual strips of leather are braided together, and how smooth the leather is.

The pictures do the leather no justice. You should go down to a Bottega Veneta shop and feel it yourself, you will love it. It just gets better as you use it as the leather becomes more flexible. Even months after I bought it, I can still smell the fresh leather, and to tell you guys the truth, I am addicted to it!
